Trying to find a dentist that’s open during COVID-19 in New Braunfels or the surrounding Hill Country? Now that we’re entering into Governor Abbott’s “Phase 1” of re-opening state dental practices, it’s putting people’s mind at ease knowing they don’t have to scramble if they need urgent dental care.

Sapphire Creek Dental continues to provide urgent and emergency dentistry for all ages in New Braunfels. As the Texas State Dental Board and ADA release ongoing guidelines for dentists, we’ll continue to adapt our office practices to ensure you and our team’s safety at all times.

Even if you drive by and it looks like we’re not open, we’re continually monitoring our phone, 24/7. You can call us at any time to ask questions, request emergency care, or get guidance related to common oral health problems. Due to social distancing requirements, we’re scheduling fewer appointments and booking visits further apart (allowing enhanced sanitizing and disinfection of the entire practice between each guest.) For the time being, preventative care services such as cleanings may need to be delayed a bit longer.

As we gradually start to re-open our practice, you’ll notice that for the time being we’re scheduling patients further apart to help minimize social interactions. And for a while, we may choose to continue having patients “check in” by calling us from their car upon arrival. That way we can prevent third-party interactions and escort you straight to the treatment area.
